Flying the Norwegian flag 25/02/2012

In preparation for Sunday I’ve decorated a Norwegian flag with cardiffcity.no, and I’ll be bringing it with me to Wembley. That will both make myself more spottable for those watching the game on TV at home, and show all those Norwegians in the Liverpool end that Norwegian Cardiff City supporters exist too!
38.000 could be the number of Liverpool supporters at Wembley on Sunday, but there will actually not be quite that many. Rather 38.000 is the approximate impressive number of members that Liverpool FC Supporters Club Scandinavian Branch have, and I expect a few thousand of those to be at Wembley for the League Cup Final!
On my way over to London today I’ve already noticed quite a few Norwegian Reds heading the same way, and I wonder just how many Norwegians there will be in the crowd at Wembley.
By waving my Norwegian flag in the Cardiff end I’ll show that there are Norwegians supporting Cardiff as well, although for this occasion I could have wanted for the Norwegian flag not to have so much red in it…
